Anxiety
We live in some challenging times. There is a lot to be anxious about. Scripture tells us not to be anxious, but that seems impossible. We all experience anxiety, but what we do with that anxiety makes all the difference. I would love to work with you to explore real solutions to your feelings of anxiety and stress.
Grief and Loss
Grief is one of the most difficult emotions to process. Our feelings can be all over the place. One of the unique factors about grief is that grief is never complete. It doesn’t just go away. But on the journey of grief, there is hope and healing. Let’s walk the grief journey together so that you don’t have to walk through some of the darkest moments of life alone.
Spiritual Development
As someone trained in theology and therapy, I believe that the two are in harmony with each other and work together to bring wholeness to the brokenness in our lives. If you are looking to grow in your faith as you do the work of therapy, you have come to the right place. Let’s take faith from just a theory to a lived experience.
Men’s Issues
It can be challenging for us men to admit that we need help. If you are looking for a therapist who understands the stages and phases of manhood, let’s connect. Whether you are a young adult trying to grow into manhood, a man who is looking to improve your communication skills, or resisting aging with all of your might but losing, let’s talk.
Couples Counseling
Relationships take both skill and will. I have worked with countless couples from dating to engaged, married, and even divorced. Your relationship doesn’t have to be in trouble to seek counseling. Preventative maintenance can go a long way. If you are struggling to communicate, desiring to get on the same page financially, looking to improve intimacy, or ready to call it quits, help is available.
